43ʳᵈ Indonesia Forum Postgraduate and Early Career Researcher Symposium

20-21 November 2024

Indonesia Post 2024 Elections:
Research Contribution and Collaboration

The annual symposium is a continuation of the University of Melbourne’s commitment to engagement with and building excellence in scholarship on Indonesia, working together to build a strong sense of community and collaboration among researchers on and from Indonesia through seminars and academic discussions.

As we look to an uncertain future after a contentious presidential and legislative election in 2024, the 43rd Indonesia Forum Postgraduate and Early Career Researcher Symposium carries the theme:
Indonesia Post 2024 Elections: Research Contribution and Collaboration.

Are there potentials for collaboration either across disciplines or with other stakeholders such as government, NGOs, institutions, business, civil society, and cultural actors?

We invite you to explore these questions over a series of thought-provoking panel discussions and lectures from several University faculties to gather a multidisciplinary approach.
